Meet Trisha

I will first start out by thanking you for choosing me to capture a special time in your life!  Everyone is a photographer these days, so I assume I was chosen because you like my style.  My style is something I have been working on for the last few years, and I am happy to say I think I finally found it!  It’s a mix of natural, unique, organic, yet bold.  I have ditched the bright colors and props, and have come into my own with the natural beauty of my surroundings and subjects.  I love tall grass, old barns, neutral colors, and wild flowers.  My props have turned into vintage organic to include wood grains, neutral linens, quilts and antiques.  If this sounds like it appeals to you, I am your girl!  I try to make each session relevant to you, but still keeping the integrity of my style.  I don’t promise posed and cheesy smiles, I promise a reflection of you.

Now, a little about yours truly.  I am a mom to an 11 year old boy and a 1 year old girl.  I just recently moved back to Lansing, where I find myself doing more of the modern styled sessions here.  Currently, all of my sessions are either outdoors or at your home, specifically capturing your life 🙂  Besides photography, I have a passion for animals and sports.  I love camping,  there is just something about sitting around a bonfire that puts my worries at ease.  I am funny, or, I think I am funny at least.  So, I usually can find a way to get your shy little one to break out of his/her shell.

    Hi Trisha!

My name is Carlie and I am looking for a photographer for a surprise 75th birthday party for my grandma that will include family portraits. The date is Sunday, September 27th, 2020 at my parent’s home in Laingsburg. All photos to be taken outdoors and we are expecting around 24 people (my grandma and her 4 boy’s families.) We are looking for a few group photos and then photos of each family. If you are available, I’d love to learn more about your pricing. Thanks so much! CarlieReplyCancel
